OUR MISSION:
TO BUILD CONFIDENCE IN ALL NOTARIES PUBLIC SO THAT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE ACCEPTED AND ASSISTED.
Our purpose: to provide notarial services for everyone statewide that meet the requirements to have documents notarized. We want to create locations to be of service to the general public, professional businesses, and other notaries that are commissioned in North Carolina statewide by 2027. A notary should understand and know their full power to execute all documents that the North Carolina General Statute and Administrative Code gives them permission to do.
There’s not a week that goes by where we hear a customer being challenged with having documents notarized by their bank or the United Postal Service. As a notary that works for a bank or any other company, we all have the same Notary Public manual to follow. We all have the same laws to follow. It’s important that the notary take their position in this capacity very seriously and read, study, ask questions, to fully understand the scope of what they are allowed to do as a “public officer of the State of North Carolina.”
The founder of NC Notary Signing Services, Belinda B. Bennett, aims to help change this issue by educating all notaries that are willing to take the initiative to learn as much as possible through the available training that are offered in-person and online.
